Covington Sport Clips is awesome. Super friendly team, pro haircut, and I got to watch the ball game during my trim. My stylist really listened and dialed in what I was looking for in a haircut. Totally recommend a shampoo...the seats have built in massage! Tryout Covington Sport Clips.

Everytime I get a haircut here I am beyond happy! The stylists know how to give me a great haircut and even though it's busy its definitely worth the wait. The online check is also very helpful when I'm in a hurry. If you want a great cut with fun stylists, this is the place!

I have been a customer of sport clips for a long time, having moved from Dallas Texas to the Seattle area about a year ago, I was looking forward to keeping the same experience. I am disappointed in this location to say the least. It seems their barbers are under experienced, under trained, and over worked. Ive been to the location in Covington twice and both times I've gotten the same mediocre haircut from two different women who do a lot of complaining about their job. I expect this sort of thing in a lower end establishment, but not when I'm paying nearly $30 for a haircut. I was told by the first girl who cut my hair that she had only been doing hair for a few months, newly out of school. Is this standard practice? She also told me she was working on day 10 in a row...wow! the second time I came in was no better, I had a more experienced stylist, also over worked, and frustrated at being at work well past closing time every single night. The last thing I want to hear about when getting my haircut is how unhappy the lady is to be there doing it. Do you think you could stop accepting customers a little before closing so you arent having unhappy people cutting hair? I understand the complaint, I just dont think the customer needs to hear it. Corporation or Franchise? either way it seems nobody cares about the quality, the happiness, or the experience to the customer. I will find another place to get my haircut from now on.

The staff is super friendly, location is wonderful, haircuts awesome. The online system in theory is great but in practice is not working well. Last time I was able to check in and it worked great, although while waiting for my son's name to come up I saw one man have to leave after waiting almost 45 minutes, another person who was on the board earlier but didn't follow up with a check in again once you come in have to go after waiting over an hour and trying to entertain the three kids she had in tow. There were only 2 stylists working and so several chairs were open, even though I hear that the evenings are the busiest times of the day. I think you have so many things going great, that if you can get more staff in evenings to accommodate the flow of people and a check in system that works well you would not make so many people mad. It's a bummer when loyal customers get mad, don't want to return and tell their friends. So much potential, I hope it gets worked out.
