Online CHECK-IN isn't working properly or stylists are taking clients without verifying that they have a customer waiting outside (after checking in at the desk). I checked in online and arrived to find myself on the list. I checked in at the desk and went from a 6 minute wait to a 33 minute wait immediately. I asked what happened and it they claimed it was a computer issue when in point-of-fact, my selected stylist had taken another client, despite the fact that I was waiting and on the top of the list! I have been a regular customer and I like the stylist and the haircut. Will I return? Probably not...

My hairstylist Amanda was so nice and loved to talk. But she was focusing more on the talking than the haircutting. Not the most talented stylist and my hair has chunks longer than the rest.

I've received a haircut countless times over many years from Tonya and they've always exceed my expectations. Professional friendly service, always. If I ever had an issue, which I haven't, I know it would be promptly addressed to my satisfaction that is how professional Tonya is and the store.
